Jared BeaudoinFantastic tour with our guide, Dan. From easy booking with all questions answered to select the best tour for our small group, to the wonderful staff and the amazing experience, hands down the best. As an Alaskan, I take visitors out for adventures and will continue to use Hatcher Pass Tours. Our snow machine tour was the best one I have ever been on and my companions agree ten fold. Will certainly be coming back!!!

Kimberly GlandingWe had a great morning with Hatcher Pass ATV Tours. My father (60s) and I (30s) both really enjoyed our tour. We enjoyed driving over and through the rivers as well as the beautiful views. Our guide was very attentive and frequently checked on us to share additional information as well as guidance on how to traverse the next pass. We enjoyed the small tour group (only 1 other family) and the break in the middle for gold panning and lemonade. Highly recommended!

We are located on the Willow side of Hatcher Pass. Any vehicle can make it to our location in summer time, including RV and travel trailers. 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended for any roads in Alaska. From Willow, begin up Hatcher Pass Road, you will see a sign in the winter that says Road Over Hatcher Pass CLOSED, ignore that because the road is only closed AFTER our property. All tours start right here and we have oversize parking available on site.
Please drive safely. The pavement ends about 5 miles from our location and expect snowy/icy conditions in the winter. The road is maintained and plowed year round.
We do! We offer round-trip transportation for $400 per UTV. We will pick you up and drop you off anywhere around Anchorage, Wasilla, Palmer or Talkeetna.

For our UTV tours just yourselves! Our machines are heated and enclosed so you don't need to wear full ski gear but warm clothes and good boots to walk around in the snow are great. We provide DOT helmets for all tours. For snowmobiling dress like you're going skiing. Think warm gloves, goggles, snow pants, and a jacket.
Yes, the machine you reserve is all yours. You will be responsible for driving it and following instructions from our professional guides. Anything outside of the scope of the tour you will be responsible for. See damage policy.
Nope, we never combine multiple groups in the same machine. That doesn't mean you’ll be the only ones on the trip. Other groups will likely be on the tour with you however we do offer Private tours for an additional $600 USD per group if you want to guarantee having a private guide.
